Bublr Bash 2022

Bublr is Greater Milwaukee’s nonprofit bikeshare operator. Bublr’s mission is to deliver a sustainable, excellent bikeshare system for all. Bublr has several programs in addition to operating a bikeshare system that work towards achieving this goal, including the B3 Workforce Development, Savvy Cycling, Access Pass, and Adaptive Bike programs. User revenue covers 1/3 of Bublr’s operating expenses.

The Bublr Bash is Bublr’s main annual fundraiser to support these amazing programs. With your support, Bublr can continue moving both bikeshare and biking forward in Milwaukee.

Bublr is "charged up" to announce that the Bublr Bash will be hosted by Vincent Van Great and feature the music of Sleeper Sound, Dora Diamond, and No Seatbelts will be playing at the Bublr Bash!

Bublr is also thrilled to announce that County Executive David Crowley and Beth Weirick the CEO of Milwaukee Downtown will be speaking at this year’s Bublr Bash!

Sleepersound was founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2016 as an experimental collaboration of music and art. A full-time cinematographer was officially added in 2019, which allowed for live mixed visuals, featuring original and found footage, complimenting the musical exploration on stage.

Dora Diamond blends trip-hop, jazz, pop, and electronica with her sultry contralto vocals to conjure an atmosphere that is fun, energetic, playful, and darkly seductive. Inspired by the music of yesterday and informed by her experience as a drag performer, burlesque entertainer, and transgender woman, she provides a truly unique and exhilarating stage experience.

No Seatbelts is a collaborative effort of Milwaukee musicians, who all have their own thriving careers in the Milwaukee and Chicago areas. With Calvin on bass and Dee Cee on drums, Kyndal J’s soulful voice, Justin Willson on keys, and Quinten Farr on synth piano, these funky, unconventional creatives joined together carrying out Calvin and Dee Cee’s vision. This innovative band’s purpose is to push limits, explore the unknown, and open minds through music. An extravagantly influential team of inventive musicians arrange, collaborate, and perform with the intent to bring mind-blowing vibes that compare to no other group you’ve ever heard.
